Fysiikan päivät

Fysiikan päivät on Suomen Fyysikkoseuran vuosittainen tapahtuma. Se on tärkeä perinne, joka kokoaa Suomessa työskenteleviä fyysikoita verkostoitumaan sekä jakamaan tietoa fysiikan tutkimuksesta ja sovelluksista – niin kotimaassa kuin maailmallakin. Tapahtumaan kuuluu myös koululaisille suunnattua toimintaa, näyttely ja Studia Generalia -luento, minkä lisäksi siellä järjestetään seuran jaostojen ja työryhmien kokouksia. Fysiikan päiviä on järjestetty vuodesta 1948 lähtien, jolloin ensimmäinen tapaaminen pidettiin Helsingissä. Aluksi tapahtumaa järjestettiin harvemmin, mutta vuodesta 1972 lähtien se on ollut jokavuotinen.

Fysiikan päivillä on perinteisesti teema, jonka tavoitteena on edistää eri fysiikan alojen välistä yhteistyötä. Alla on luettelo aiemmista teemoista.
